The Second Galactic Empire was formed on the 12th of July 2009 A.D. From its capital on the planet Jeune Inde, the Empire seeks to promote the Pax Galactica among leagues. Those leagues which embrace the Pax Galactica will be offered our full support in terms of resources and protection from aggressors. |

 Primary Objective: Continually strive to extend resources and buildings. In other words, get rich! |

 Secondary Objective: Always maintain a defensive stance. Don't attack unless provoked! |

 Tertiary Objective: Never open hostilities unless diplomatic negotiations fail! |

Embassy Level 1
Population at least 1500
